How does location work?
The app uses your GPS location to show you nearby events and places. You can enable or disable this permission at any time from your device settings.
How do I delete my account?
You can request the deletion of your account and data by sending an email to isaiaschavez.co@outlook.com. We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days.
Is the app free?
ESKENDA is completely free. You can explore events, save favorites, and use the map at no cost.
How do I report a problem?
You can contact us directly at isaiaschavez.co@outlook.com describing the problem. Include screenshots if possible to help us resolve it faster.
Can I publish my event on ESKENDA?
Of course! If you have an event in Oaxaca and want it to appear in the app, send us the details at isaiaschavez.co@outlook.com with the event name, date, location, and a description.
